Policy Development - Led a team of management and outside constituents in developing a policy for criminal background checks of all employees and volunteers. Conduct annual review of Employee Handbook to ensure necessary changes are made to stay compliant to laws.
Benefit Administration - Working with insurance broker have managed to maintain cost increases for all benefits to less than 7% per year.
Risk Management - Lead a team of employees and management to constantly evaluate risk to employees and guests. Have reduced guest related accidents by 50%.
